Hotel was in disrepair. Understaffed. Had to wait for room to be ready hours after check in time. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, waffles and cereal.

Not acceptable

Our stay was barely acceptable- the bathroom had mold in the corners and the toilet has not been properly cleaned in a while . Apparently, there was a water leak and the damage was painted over in some places and poorly repaired in others. Overall, this property has not been maintained for some time. Do not recommend.

Not very…Quality Inn Akron

Room has dust bunnies stains on walls and smelled bad. Cops were in lobby on morning of day two. Lost all electricity in the afternoon day two no staff present to offer assistance and had to check out early.

Checked in ptac filter were extremely dirty. Cleaned myself. Remote did not work for the TV. The tables legs were so wobbly did not trust to use. Only one light bulb in the vanity ceiling light but could still see what appeared to be bedbugs on the shower curtain. There were also roaches. Had to throw away white socks after walking on carpet because they were so dirty. The whole place smelled musty and like cigarettes. Definitely showing its age.

Awful

Brown water, dirty, falling apart building, moldy bed, cigarette burned comforter, pillows were awful, pictures online do not match reality, people partying in the parking lot by 7:30 am!

Definitely not some place I would stay again. I saw a couple baby roaches in the bathroom, the towels and bedding werent all that clean, the microwave didn't work, the tub/shower had hairs on the wall. Ms Virginia at the front desk was nice.
