This was a really lovely hotel stay. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and kind even with the language barrier, but both sides managed to make it work with google translate. I was stressing about the best way to send our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo and the receptionist was really helpful organising Yamoto. The breakfast was also really nice.

Hotel check in was ok. Rooms consistently had bad smell in bathroom. Otherwise rooms were good. Clean and spacious enough. Staff seemed fine when there was someone at the front desk. But barely spoke to anyone.
