Taking one back to the glamour years

Liked the old world charm and history of the place. Breakfast was really good and even had one evening where a meal was had in the bar. Very good. Staff were very pleasant and friendly (even when asking for last orders). Very big car park. Not too far to walk to train station either.

Wonderful

Had a brilliant stay at the Imperial. Parked up a couple of hours early, no problem leaving the car, got checked in with a lovely lady who was on Reception and just had to pick up our key following an afternoon in Blackpool. The building is full of history and the bar and entertainment room were lovely, as was the room. Just as friendly on checkout as well and will look forward to returning!

Very impressive looking Hotel from the outside, equally impressive inside as well. Reception very professional on check in and nothing to much bother for them or any other staff members.. Only downside from my point of view was the waiting for a table for breakfast, other than that would definitely recommend a stay.

Coral Island comes to the Imperial

The management has seen fit to turn the stately Derby Room (off the main foyer) into an amusement arcade, including pool table! Noisy, tasteless, completely incongruous with the character of the room and this hotel, and liable to attract clientele with which it wouldn’t traditionally be associated. Now, there's nowhere outside the restaurant to enjoy a quiet drink, meal or afternoon tea. Please remove these eyesores immediately, or I shall book elsewhere in future.

Excellent Stay

Had 2 nights at the imperial hotel. Nice big off street car park, £10 a night which is fine, had a sea view room which was nice, not big but adequate with clean windows which is a first for us in Blackpool, furniture was a bit tired but ok, room was cleaned daily with plenty of tea an coffee plus nice bathroom toiletries, they have a great deal on drinks at the bar which is one of the reasons we have booked again for a August stay

We love the imperial super hotel the one thing i was disappointed with was lack of info with the drinks vouchers 7pm to 11pm we were at the soul festival at the winter gardens so we couldn't really use your bar but i know not to order them again
