Beautiful hotel, full of traditional English charm and character. The staff were all really friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had an excellent selction all good quality items, the restaurant was lovely and calm and you didn't feel rushed. The rooms are slightly showing signs of wear but it really didn’t worry us, the views and exceptional location more than made up for it.

We had a lovely stay at the Royal Horseguards. The service was excellent, the facilities clean and spacious. The best part was the location! Just a quick walk to major sites and tube stop, yet so quiet. It felt like a world away! We will definitely be staying here again on future London trips.

Absolutely the best location. Lots of local history, beautiful buildings, close to everything! The room was great, really really quiet and well appointed. Bedding was very comfortable. Make sure to have breakfast on the patio which faces a park and the river. Really deserves to be a 9.5 or better!

Our stay at the Royal Horseguards was lovely! The hotel is well managed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have to wait a small while because our room was not available but an alternative room (perhaps slightly nicer) was offered. The location was great - walking distance to many key attractions. The neighborhood was nice. We would definitely stay again!
