Disappointing Stay — Great Location but Not Worth

The hotel’s location near Penn Station is great, and we appreciated the early check-in. The airport shuttle was also efficient, and the driver was very nice. But overall, the stay was disappointing. The reception wasn’t welcoming, and our room for four only had two tiny beds, barely fitting one adult each. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms was constant, and smoke smells in the hallways were unpleasant. Housekeeping missed basics: they took used towels but didn’t replace them, and the conditioner container stayed empty for days. It also took about five minutes to reach someone at housekeeping or the front desk when we called. Considering the high price and no included breakfast, it really doesn’t feel like good value. Only stay here if location and early check-in are your top priorities.

The room was very nice. Great view. The bed was not the best for comfort. Front desk check in was poor. We booked a king bed room we were downgraded to a double twin bed room. We stayed to attend the Devils, Canes game. We weren't told at check in about breakfast. We not told about doors being locked once we returned hockey game. We just ended up not feeling relaxed. Breakfast service was horrible. Had to ask for silverware, Coffee ect.,

Do not attempt to book at this hotel. If your flight is delayed, they will cancel your entire reservation, keep all the money and force you to rebook. This means they are charging you and selling your room for additional money. Stay far, far away.

Worst Anniversary

Would like to say by far this was our worst experience., and happened on our anniversary. First night arrived extremely late due to the weather. The reception was very rude. Then once we got to the room bathroom was disgusting,hair was in the corner and also on the ceiling. Second night ,woke up to bed bugs. Had a few bite marks. Then reported during check out in Front desk reception ame Daniel was extremely rude. Have pictures of bed bugs,the bites,the hair in bathroom, Etc. Good luck if I pick this Motel, definitely not a hotel
