Lack of meeting ADA standards
We booked a "handicapped" room, because my partner is in a wheelchair at this time. The bedroom did not have a roll in shower but rather a tub. We spoke to the manager to learn they did NOT have any open rooms with roll in shower. ONLY 2 are in this Hotel with Many floors. They could NOT give us a discount or fix the situation. We were told to contact Expedia where we booked the room through but we have not been able to do this. The lack of ADA accessibility was a burden & may our stay a challenge. There is also no handicapped button to enter the hotel or ramp to get from street to sidewalk.

Everything was excellent except for one thing. I had to clean a few dead spiders out of the bathtub before I could take a shower. It didn't seem like the cleaning staff was too thorough on the tub.
