OK, not great.
The resort charge is way to much for what you get. No coffee makers in the room unless you are 7 diamond member. I liked the location and we made the best of it. Place is dated and our room was from the 90's.The view from our room was great.

We go to Vegas every year for Jamz Competition and stay at different Hotels and this was by far was the worst ones we have ever stayed . The room we were in the carpet was coming up ,it smelled old and moldy . It did not look anything like the pics online at all !!

The room is really cold—no heating. The show is like a power wash and we got a lot of water on the floor after shower. The toilet is leaking. Several elevators’ right panel key scanning are not working.

Don't stay at the Flamingo
The condition of the hotel was terrible and tired. In our room, the AC/Heat fan rattled; the shower control was loose and pulling off the wall; There was no clock or coffee maker, etc. We styed four nights and they did not replace kleenix, we had to call housekeeping to get service. Unacceptable when we pay a daily resort fee. Also, The elevators were seriously scary. Doors were slow and creaky. Compartment rattled. Key control box often didn't accept our floor and we were forced to ride all the way up to put our floor number in on the way down. Hotel had an old odor. etc...etc...etc. Would be OK at $29 a night, but not at $249 a night.

Good stay
Room was pretty dirty, asked to get a new room the accommodated me right away. The elevators were close to our room so a little noisy, but all in all good. We’ll stay here again. Be advised the bathrooms are all glass so if someone needs to get up early for work or use the restroom in the middle of the night the entire room lights up.
