Superb hotel, very clean, lots of amenities, great staff. Location is great, right by the lake although not quite as much to do as river run. But since there is free on call shuttle, it’s easy to get around. Staff was so kind, courteous and helpful, they make the stay worthwhile on their own. Only downside was that the lakeside cafe wasn’t that great and big horn bistro is okay at best. If they could provide freshly made breakfast (even at a charge), this place would be unbeatable.

I was particular impressed how quiet this hotel is. The room is very nice. the view was all right. Parking was easy. Even though the parking is across the street, there is a tunnel to cross the road to return to the resort. It is well lid, has cameras and make it easy to get to our car. We can unload prior to parking in front of the hotel. Bathroom was nice. Bed was comfortable.

The location is great! Beautiful keystone lake with paddle boards and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails right there. Shuttle to River Run is very convenient. Dog friendly rooms and common areas very nice. Staff exceptional so friendly and helpful. The building and rooms need updating it’s an aged facility that needs some TLC! Although spacious and comfortable needs paint, trim and new furniture badly!
