Very well located for the restaurants and bars at Clarke Quay, and easy to get to lots of other areas of the city from this base. This is a large hotel but is well maintained and very quiet and comfortable.

Great location.

The Paradox is superbly located on the Singapore River, close to Chinatown and the City District. The rooms are smart and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is mid-sized and there is a nice poolside bar. Unfortunately, the bar on the ground floor is soulless (not the end of the world as plenty of bars are nearby), and the breakfast is crazy busy (more of an issue).

Great place, situated near a lot of restaurants, and Clarke Quay, which you can go for a boat ride. Take the breakfast, there is a lot of variety, good food. Our room didn't have the best view, but the proximity of the metro was worth it.

The Paradox have listened and responded to some of the criticism from last time regarding degradation of service level. Now there is a special area for dining club members, and the service and attention to detail is much better.
