Average hotel stay

This is an older hotel with a small bathroom. At surface level, it appears nice and clean, but a closer look will reveal some flaws. In the common areas, light bulbs needed replaced in the large hanging light fixture between the elevators. In addition to an elevator being out of order, the working elevator was not clean (dirty glass and the outer ledge had a thick layer of dust). In my room, the curtain sheer was not only ripped but showed dirty spots and the light fixtures in the bathroom were dusty with rust spots. A drinking glass was also found dirty in my room. On the plus side: the a/c worked great, the bed was comfortable, the made-to-order breakfast was good and the location was easily accessible. Overall, an average hotel stay. If I stayed in the area again, I would probably try a different hotel.
