unbelievable
The Front Desk lady was very kind. We were to park on the side of the building room 137. We called down to the Desk right away because drugs were found in the bathroom on top of the mirror. They were removed. We had only a short time before our meeting . We turned the heat on and proceeded to find a restaurant. The side lot was never plowed and people were having a lot of difficulty. I should have requested a different room but no time. The food and beverages were terrible. The crock pot have sausage gravy but wasn't turned on. Many of the bisquets were frozen and people verbally and physically decided to have waffles. The syrup has to be filled and people had to request a oil spray because so many of the waffles were sticking. The forks ran out and so people requested more and some rude people yelled out, "It is knife and spoon day." The hallway beverages were cold and people used the coffee pot inside the restaurant. There were many snowmobilers filling up their thermoses and you got it, coffee ran out fast. This was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I stayed there before but never encountered anything like this. What happened to the drugs?

It was ok. As we were just sleeping. But the outlets in bathroom did not work. The other outlets in room were loose. Nothing would stay plugged in. Thankfully, I brought my own hair dryer. Told manager and they did nothing.

The room was clean, the bathroom walls under the sink need to be repaired properly. The room door was sticking when you open or closed it because the top hinge needed to have the hinge pin replaced, wrong size or wore out. That caused the door to drop and that made it stick. Could not shut off the fan on the heater/ac unit. The electrical outlet by the bed had a big hole, the plate cover couldn't cover it.

Decent hotel
Staff was friendly . Check in and out was easy. It was decent the only concerning thing was door to room was hard to shut. I didn’t do the breakfast but it served my purpose. I would stay again.

Trying for a peaceful getaway
While our room was fairly clean, several areas of the room were in disrepair. I don't know how they can book people in a room with these issues but they did. I also heard them say to another guest that they were full (which I understood meant no different room to switch to). The walls of our room were thin, as we could hear almost everything in the adjoining room. I am really disappointed in this stay. Also, no one came to clean at all for our 2 night stay, and I had to go retrieve clean towels and washcloths myself and bag up the soiled ones to leave outside my room door, something that housekeeping should have done. I have photos, but this website is not allowing me to upload them.

Horrible hotel
It was the worst hotel I haved stayed in. There was smoking everywhere. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Loud music played all night. Front desk informed me they would do nothing about the problems.

Not the best time
When checking in there was a guy sitting there vaping in the lobby. The tv had no remote. After 30 minutes a new tv was brought in after two attempts at synching a different one. The hot tub was not hot at all and the beds were hard. The entire hotel had a smell to it. Probably due to the vaping allowed?

Good vs. bad
It was a one night stay, the price was good, checkin good. Bed was very good, room was fine. But the fan in the bathroom made a terrible racket - you had to keep it on because it was part of the lighting. Also, like many hotels there were no non-slip provisions in the bathtub. the shower itself needed attention. The room seemed to be clean but the halls did not.

This room was a disgrace. The bathroom door was sticking and was falling apart. No hairdryer. The head board was peeling. Homes in the door and wall were patched and not painted. They are remodeling but the room we got should never be used until it is done.
