Not Perfect….but damn perfect
Was this place perfect? No. But it was perfect for a quick night before going boarding on the mountain all day. The room had a bit of a funky smell…but that was probably from other snowboarders tracking in snow into the room. It was spacious and clean. The hot tub needs some love…but it was massive and in an awesome indoor room. The front desk clerk was a contrarian who seemed annoyed at my questions…yet was so fast getting us more towels for the hot tub and any other needs. He was excellent. Breakfast was simple and no chocolate milk…but the waffles were awesome and damn good sausages too. All in all…great stay and id stay here again for sure.

Good Hotel
If you’re looking for a reasonable spot to stay, this is a good choice. We came to mammoth to ride at the resort and didn’t care about amenities, we just needed a nice spot to stay. The front desk guy was nice, they had a good breakfast in the mornings and the bed was pretty comfy. Underground parking was nice too.

We recently stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel, and while there were some positives, my experience was marred by several significant issues that the management needs to address. First and foremost, upon arrival, we encountered a clogged toilet in our room. We had to call maintenance to resolve the issue, which was inconvenient and set a negative tone for our stay. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only maintenance issue we faced. During our time there, I experienced extremely slow water flow while showering, necessitating yet another call to maintenance. These recurring problems were frustrating and detracted from our overall comfort. The most alarming issue, however, was the parking situation. For three consecutive days, five cars were stuck in ice in and out of the parking structure. When we approached the manager for assistance, his response was lackluster at best. He simply said, “Let me see what I can do,” and then failed to follow up or take any action. Thankfully, it was the kindness of other guests and strangers that helped us navigate this frustrating situation, but it’s disappointing that the hotel staff did not step up to help. On a brighter note, I must commend the breakfast, which was truly amazing. The variety and quality of the food were impressive and a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the housekeepers were exceptionally nice and attentive, contributing positively to our experience. Overall, Quality Inn has great potential.

Run down
This hotel seems pretty run down and not quality. Our first room didn’t have central air (they gave us a space heater), the shower didn’t work, and the phone to call the front desk didn’t connect. They gave us a new room that didn’t have those issues so the customer service was great, but I wouldn’t say here again though.

Hotel in very poor condition
For the charge we paid, the hotel was outrageous. There was long hair everywhere on the floor, in the room, bathroom, floor was very dirty (my soles were black within a minute of walking barefoot on the hardwood floor!). Paint was peeling in the bathroom. Hotel staff in the breakfast area did not speak English at all. They could have had at least one person that could? I have not had such a poor stay at paid accommodation.
