Decent for a 1-night stay on I-Drive
It’s a decent spot, but nothing special. The location is the best part about it, close to lots of things to do on I-Drive. There was a charger left in a plastic bag on the window, half used toilet paper in the bathroom, dripping faucet in the shower. However, it was good for a night and got the job done. Also, if a receptionist asks you if you’ve gotten your welcome package yet, don’t follow them. It’s just their way of pulling you to the Vacation Planning booth and trying to get you to sit in on a 2-hour long session.

Went to Rock the Universe, so had a late morning check in. I had called the day before confirmed and checked in. Easy and clerk was very helpful. Upon arrival it was really easy to check in, surprised there were two clerks at the checkin desk at such a late time of night. In the room, my daughter found a receipt and used piece of soap. I would have thought that housekeeping would make sure things like that were not left in room. Beds were clean and very comfortable to sleep on.

Over night is a good choice
Overnight stay, repeat visit at this property. Requested an assessable room at check in and was able to be accommodated. Room clean and well maintained altogether a bit old dated but for a short one overnight booking was perfect. Staff very friendly and pleasant and had security at property entrance. Didn’t take advantage of lounge or restaurant but was open. Plenty of parking space and no parking fee. $50 deposit for a 1 night stay was a bit much I would say. Beds okay but pillows too soft and small. Tv remote needed battery changed and room stuck a bit but could have been due to weather.

You get what you pay for.
The hotel is no where near up scale. The overall stay was good for just a weekend with my husband. If i had brought my children this hotel would not have been a good choice. When you come to the property you are greeted by a gate. Which is nice because it increases security. Drive all the way to the end of that drive and you come to the office. The office is nice and spacious making me think the rooms will be nice. They give you coupons to places around but watch out because the lady giving them to you will try to sell you a time share. There is a store to the right when you walk in and a restaurant I think. Getting to the room, the room doors face outward towards the parking lot. When we entered the room the door was easy to open. The room was dated. The fridge and microwave are beside the sink. The toilet was one of those eco friendly ones. The bed is most definitely not a queen more like a full. My husband and I are not big but not small either so when we slept we couldnt toss and turn without risk of falling off. The bed itself is comfortable. When I walked out of our room to get something i couldnt get the door to close, the locking mechanism kept locking. Finally got it to close and when I returned I couldnt get in. Finally got in and had to figure out the trick with this door. The price you pay definitely reflects the stay you get.

Parking was terrible
Parking was terrible. We arrived late (around midnight) and we couldn’t find parking anywhere near our room. I went back and to the lobby and asked where we were supposed to park since the area we were told to park in was full. The employee said had to park on the other side of the property if it was full. We finally found parking but it was confusing trying to find our room as we had to walk around and between the different buildings. Didn’t feel safe late at night.
