Stay was good. However, we were not happy with 1 particular staff member. We had to get hotel do to unforeseen issues. We booked the 1st night and staff was great. We weren't sure if we needed a second night stay at this time. Turns out we did. Upon booking the 2nd night in person at the front desk it was not great. The young woman who was at the front desk around 10 A.M. I believe, Didn't want to give us the rate we had been advised we would get since we signed up for your rewards program, which we had already done. She kept going into a back room, I presumed to talk to another staff member or a manager. Which took at least a half an hour. She just wasn't friendly as the staff the previous day. We finally did get the correct rate. Our dissatisfaction came when she was wiping her runny nose with her whole bare hand and then touching computers, phones, our credit card and our paperwork. We were extremely disgusted that she didn't use a tissue or sanitizer .
