8/10 Very good

The room was clean and the air worked well. There are tons of stores nearby if you need anything, this was close to my family.

Nice hotel about 15 mins from Ren Faire. Friendly snd helpful staff. My son forgot his wallet and front desk person went to room to get it and held it for us at front desk. Ok breakfast with good coffee.

8/10 Very good

Traveled for the Renaissance Faire, we were very pleased with breakfast and the comfort of the beds. Exhausted and hungry little kids really benefitted from comfortable beds and breakfast ready when they are. The room was clean though outdated. Huge windows to let in gorgeous sunshine, but very old and could hear every noise within a mile. All of the outlets in the room were loose/barely held a plug. But everything was clean, all staff was super friendly and kind to us. We really liked our stay!

4/10 Fair

Came to renfair and stayed here because it was available and affordable (around $130 for a king room for then night). Felt like a giant short-stay motel. Staff was friendly enough. Whole building smelled like it was being covered up with cheap air freshener. Needs a lot of updating. There is a bar/restaurant that appears to be permanently closed. Not much nearby. Wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a must. See photos
Doors look like project apartment doors
Bathrooms need serious remodeling
Every room has these cottonfield canvases…not sure if the owner understands the implications behind this but not a good look

8/10 Very good

My daughter and I stayed here after a concert on 9/19/25 and overall the hotel wasn’t bad. The bed was super cozy, the room was a decent size, there was a flat screen Roku tv and lots of windows with natural light. However, the bathroom could’ve been more clean. Overall the price of the hotel was the most affordable in the area- so I’d probably consider staying there again if ever need be- but for cleanliness on the bathroom I’d honestly give that like 2.5 stars and just bring my own cleaning supplies in the future 😆 But overall stay wasn’t bad and wasn’t bad on my wallet either.

Its older and the breakfast was not great, but room was clean. The walls are thin so we heard the other room's toilet flushing, door closing, etc.

Only a last resort

I was surprised by the excellent staff and their efficiency. The beds were clean and comfy. But the room was dated and the bathroom was old. The sink and tub did not have stoppers. The electric cord for the hairdryer was up on the lightling and was not up to code. The shower in my unit worked. But my friends room did not work. The maintenance person came up and said to pull really hard on the dial and then turn it. Breakfast was minimal. Nothing to drink but coffee or water. Just not the place I wanted to eat. I did take a banana.
Donna, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Room and bathroom were very clean. Bedroom furniture new and bed very comfortable. No channel guide for the TV or operating instructions. Bathroom very dated and entire facility badly in need of painting and refinement.
Margaret, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Kind of expected

As soon as I walked into my room I noticed a stale unpleasant odor...I think I was coming from the air conditioner....probably could use a filter cleaning....the property could use some remodeling...at least the bedding was clean and actually quite comfortable....for the price I didn't expect great quality, but was hoping for a slightly better experience....the breakfast wasn't opened on time...the mini fridge at breakfast wasn't even on (and I don't think they even realized) so the only drink option was luke warm cranberry juice.

The hotel was rundown and had many families living there. There was no housekeeping for four nights. Breakfast was poor and limited. The bed WAS very comfortable!
Martha, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

To be clear- staff at the hotel were pleasant. The hotel is in terrible condition. It’s dirty (walls, floors, elevators), the shower had black mold in the grout, chipped paint, there was broken glass in the parking lot, and not the best neighborhood. There was a large lax tournament and I stayed here with my daughter. The area is depressed so there really aren’t better options. Not their fault. That being said, I would not stay here again.
Archana, 1-night trip

Is no good place to stay with you family and kids
Orquidea, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hair dryer did not work and the shower curtain was dirty and stained with red spots. The bed was comfortable.
Craig, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Hotels.com shorty sweet with three beds. However they booked me a double room. Upon arrival I was told I could only get a single room with two beds. They insisted that my family sleep on the floor like a dog. There are immediate safety hazards and fire code violations in the rooms. The non-smoking room smelled of roach spray. The air conditioner was spewing out some type of mist. The staff was very friendly. The carpet floors were sticky. The light by the room door flickered when the TV was turned on. Hotels.com refused to find me another hotel for the accommodations that I needed for my family because " I had already checked into the room ". The hotel refused to accommodate my needs for my family because supposedly there was no other room in the hotel. The free breakfast food was horrible also. Lebanon code enforcement needs to go through that place with a fine tooth comb. I will never stay there again and I suggest that you do not either.
Joseph, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Perfectly adequate

This hotel is now under new mgmt. They are trying to fix it up while still running the place. Its a fine place to lay your head, nothing spectacular but not the worst. The general age of the place means that it needs more than a little work to make it look less dingy. For what we needed it was fine. Bed was comfy, breakfast was okay.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The front desk associate was great upon checking in extremely late on Friday night. This hotel needs code environment. No one should be paying to stay here. The mold in the bathroom is unsafe. My son and I were nauseous experiencing headaches the rest of the weekend even though we left early Saturday morning.
Tara, 2-night trip

I had a great stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. My room was clean and comfortable, and even though the hotel was under renovation, I didn’t face any issues. I’m definitely thinking about returning and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay!
