2nd time staying here, last year the main elevator was not working properly. This year the other elevator went out of order on day 2, as a amputee this was a significant problem increasing the walk all the way around the hotel each time you needed to go to your room from pool, beach. Making it not enjoyable and unable to utilize amenities as expected, staff did not address the issue. Poor service from desk staff

Ugly roof view

We enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed at the view. We paid for Ocean view but what we got was a roof view. Other than the view the room, staff and stay was nice

The Westin is a nice resort. Rooms are nothing memorable but the bathrooms are nice with an excellent shower. The location is lovely with great views and beach access. Expect lots of kids by the pools.
