Reflections on my Stay
Overall:
While the hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff, my recent stay fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the "Partial Sea View" room.
Positives:
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with spotless bed linens, mattresses, and towels.
The hotel is conveniently located in a prime area.
The pool was well-maintained and comfortably heated, even on cooler days.
Areas for Improvement:
The "Partial Sea View" room did not meet my expectations. The balcony primarily overlooked a parking lot, with only a limited and obstructed view of the sea. This significantly detracted from the advertised experience.
The proximity of the parking lot to the room resulted in frequent disturbances, including glare from car headlights and a lack of privacy due to insufficiently opaque curtains.
Unfortunately, a technical issue with the room key resulted in a 30-minute delay, causing us to miss a pre-booked dinner cruise.
Considering the advertised "Partial Sea View" and the inconveniences encountered, I believe the room rate was not commensurate with the value delivered.
one other cary part is , the disabled internet feature on TV while they have smart TV in room. You can't mirror your phone or conenct to internet. Which is horrible.
Recommendation:
I recommend that the hotel re-evaluate the description and pricing of its "Partial Sea View" rooms to accurately reflect the actual view.
