It was ok… hotel is old and they are trying their best… the bar/diner was short of personnel and the waitress was overwhelmed but did a good job. Took forever to get service and food.

Great place to stay when traveling!!

The Holiday Inn at Portland is a gem! Their Hotel is super clean, beds are so comfortable, they have a restaurant and pool onsite and have snacks and quick meals and travel size items for sale. They also have a coffee bar inside. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport as well as offering long term parking for a small daily fee. I always stay here when traveling. They have incredible customer service!!

Under Staffed

Hotel was very nice and clean. Only complaint is there was only one agent working the front desk at all times. This caused unnecessary waiting.

Parking fee!

Dirty, Old and you had to pay to park! 🙄 if you require someone to pay to park it should be noted when you choose the hotel!

We stay here when we are flying. We can leave our car there for a fee. We never know if the reaturant will be open. The front desk doesn't know either. There is a small indoor heat pool but no hot tub.

Very nice room.

Passed through for flight. Didn't use any amenities so can't rate. Decor was nice, room was very nice with wet bar and comfort but there wasn't any recycling bins in room for paper and plastic. Also no hand soap for washing hands (oversight?) so used provided body wash. On screen check out not in service. Bed super comfortable.

"Just okay" hotel for a night or two

This hotel is isolated so when the restaurant is closed, unless you have a car, you have to rely on delivery of food. It's dated. The window coverings do not make it dark enough at night--but the elevators are always dark. Everyone who works there is very nice. It's the building that needs work, not the people.
