10/10 Exceptional

Clean stay, Excellent Customer Service
Adam, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fairly easy check in. The room was a very good value for the price. Loud neighboring guests. A front desk representative interrupted my wife's phone conversation to ask what room she was staying in. The inference was that she wasn't supposed to be there.

Comfortable

It was a comfortable room. Our deadbolt wouldn't lock and I didn't like the parking. Those are my only complaints! Other than that, room was nice and clean and it was perfect for a quick sleep.
Rebecca, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Wasn't the cleanest, no restaurant, but quiet and able to rest.

Great place Amazing staff! The rooms were quite big and nicely set up and decorated. By far the most comfortable, spacious, and over all nicest hotel iv stayed in so far! The lobby was super cool with gardens to walk through, elevators, the whole building is very nicely decorated and yeah just amazing rooms!!!
Joseph, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel is HUGE, and the staff are very nice, the room is very spacious and its a pet friendly stay. The hotel is under construction so the amenities are not available such as, the lounge bar or the pool or anything like that, but if your looking for a room to crash out in and have a pet then this place is good. Its very quiet there, no issues with the room, staff is VERY honest as they called us to let us know my husband left his wallet ( that alone says alot about the staff). A+A+A+

Everything was closed, the restaurant, the pool, everything. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The property was clean with a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the building itself has seen better days.
Rosalyn, 2-night trip

The room was clean, and comfortable. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful
JoAnn, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The Room was good, I was the only guest on the 5th floor of executive suites of 85 rooms. Very Quiet. That was the best part of my stay. They mostly have people who live their all the time on other floors. The Restaurant and pool are no longer open. The area around the hotel may feel unsafe to some people. Parking lot is dark and remote from front door. Price was too high for not having any amenities.

Gives you a place to sleep at night, can't complain too much. Parking had been confusing since the lot isn't attached to the building itself, but the staff had been super friendly and helped guide me to it. None of the amenities were available, as others have stated, so I can't speak on how they were. The location itself is nice, being walking distance for what I'd been going to, and not far from gas stations and food. I wouldn't recommend it to many, but I'd potentially stay there again.

Comfortable stay

Even on a busy MSU graduation weekend, we had a very quiet stay and saw only a few other guests. This must have been a fun place for conventions pre-Covid before companies discovered they could do seminars on Zoom. It was sad to see the empty meeting rooms and lounge. Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked like it should. There were just some superficial things that were well worn, like some of the carpets, and the parking lots were a bit rough. The neighborhood was ok with several fast food and other options within a 5 or 10 minute drive. Overall, it was a pretty good value for the price.
3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Rooms were clean, gym, pool and restaurant were closed. The hotel is pretty run down and parking is pretty inconvenient. Not much in the area except fast food and gas stations, 15 minutes from campus. Staff was very nice and helpful

Ok place to stay

The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is in need of updating. Toliet was hard water stained and shower trim was coming off.

Most Comfortable Beds Ever!

The receptionist was extremely friendly and had us checked in after only a few minutes after arrival. We were given a 4th floor end room which was very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel, even when considering comparison to a hotel 3x-4x the cost per night. The linens were crisp and freshly washed as well.
Jacob, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was nice a clean. The grounds were not great and the parking areas are in need of repaving.
Thomas O., 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Google maps took us to the back entrance- it looked abandoned- need more lights and signs. Inside was fine- I will say the beds, pillows and linens were amazing! Most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel! You just need to do something about the outside lighting.
Katie, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

I took this property because of all the amenities. Lounge, restaurant, spa, indoor pool, all closed. Website does not mention this important fact.
David, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was fairly clean and comfortable; tv did not work properly; there was no breakfast service as before; front desk girl sleeping at the desk.
MICHAEL, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was clean and comfortable. However, this hotel had NO amenities: No pool, no restaurant, no bar, no exercise room. Said they were all closed. It gets worse: no cable TV, no continental breakfast. Room was overpriced considering the lack of amenities. Will not stay here again.
Ellen, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel itself is huge! Looks like at one time was very nice and appears they are working to make improvements. The pool, spa and weightroom are closed, which I didnt intend to use anyways. There is no cable, but the tv does work and there are limited channels. The bed is comfortable and the mattress looks new, the box spring is nasty though. The bathroom does appear to have some black mold in the shower and even though its state the toilet and bathroom are sanitized, the bathroom doesnt look like it was cleaned very well. The lady at check-in was very friendly. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but its certainly not the worst hotel I have stayed in.
Danielle, 1-night trip

No working bulbs

Front check in staff took forever to check me in. There were only two light bulbs that worked, that's bulbs not lamps. Very little light in the room. Fridge wasn't plugged in so my leftover Dave's hot chicken got ruined, but I guess that's my fault for not checking. Still ... I really wanted those leftovers...hotel was huge and seemed fairly clean. Also zero lighting in the "parking" area.
