Staff were nice and location was perfect. However, the room was dark and cramped and the carpet was disgusting. The TV didn’t seem to have regular stations. It needed a log in to use it and the remote needed batteries.

This place is old.

This place is old. Had stayed her in the passed years ago. But it has gone done and no up grades. Guy in front lobby while checking in cursing every breath. I mean I cuss but this was ridiculous. Room was not clean and had a bad smell. Don’t waste your money here. Only thing good was the beds were comfortable.

This property needs attention. There’s a lot of deferred basic maintenance to the walls, plumbing, etc. that is cosmetic but leaves a lot to be desired in experience. The sidewalks and pool surface were painted but not with paint that has grit. So, with the summer rain, the sidewalk was slippery. The stairs of the pool were slippery and my spouse fell getting into the pool. If you can spend a little more, stay at the Hilton up the street. It’s a much nicer hotel. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

It smelled weird, there were stains all over the carpet, the water tasted gross (this might be a Shreveport thing, though), and the dresser drawers were broken. The one positive: the bedding was relatively comfortable.

We got this room last mintue for a ball tournament at the convention center. The location is great! The hotel is older and has that musty smell but for the price it was okay. The front desk staff was very kind! The restaurant/bar had great food late at night. The breakfast is okay- just basic stuff and it was 12.95 per person unless you purchased it before hand. We spent the extea 2.00$ when booking and paid for the breakfast. Overall it was a great price for a last minute stay.
