I believe you should clean the room daily and if I want to opt-out I could ask. You are calling lack of house cleaning GREEN is a joke. Everything is very clean, and the bar is a welcoming environment. The hot breakfast is good.

Underwhelming

The person checking us in refused to tell my wife the room number after I gave my wife the room keys right in front of the check-in person and went out to the car to grab more things. The pool area was looking a bit shoddy. One of the waffle-makers at the continental breakfast needed to be cleaned. The beds each only had three pillows instead of the usual 4 per bed.

Pre-op woes

Pet friendly hotel is a plus, close to Baystate Medical Center as well which was the primary reason for the trip - early procedure and we live over an hour away. I had to take two showers, the night before and the morning. I kept losing water pressure, I was able to fix during the nighttime, the morniblng was a pitiful stream I had to make due to at 4:30am. If the shower hadnt been so relevant for me this trip I may have left a better review.
