We stayed overnight for a couples getaway. Even though they were under construction, everything was clean and orderly. We prepaid for our breakfast and was shocked at the amoint of food we got. It was very good. Just surprising amount. I would only park in the garage under the hotel if you have a tiny car. Otherwise, use their other garage. Nice hotel and staff. Would stay again.

Upgraded our room for free since our original room wasnt ready, was not made aware you pay additional for parking. Sodas in the lobby were also expired, room itself was spotless and great views. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Though the parts of the facility were under remodeling/construction we never would have known except for entering/leaving through an alternate route. All areas that we visited were very clean and beds in our room were very comfortable. All staff we encountered were courteous pleasant and concerned about our comfort and needs. My husband is blind and all staff were intuned to this. Mark, Grisel and Richard at the front desk were wonderful as were the dining room staff. We only had breakfast during our stay but it was delicious. Alex the van driver was pleasant as well. We will definitely return here.

Two nights turned to 3
Our stay was great we checked in on a Friday for a convention on Saturday was only booked for those two days a snow storm came in Saturday night so we decided to stay an extra night to let it pass they booked us in our same room and made the stay as pleasant as could be all while the front desk area is under going remodeling,they never missed a beat even reprogrammed my girlfriends room key as she demagnetized it by her phone without hesitation!
