Poorly kept up. Barely greeted, staff don’t acknowledge you. Stinks of smoke on the lobby. My room curtains were awful, see pics. Coffee pot dirty. Will not stay here again.

Terrible experience
The room was dirty, there were giant holes in the bathroom door and the door knob was broken. My husband got stuck in the bathroom. There was also a roach.

The deadbolt was broken, the room smelled like a wet dog and the keycard was good for one opening and it needed to be reset.

The property is clean, bright and welcoming as you would expect from quality inn
Until you get to bed. What a nightmare!!
Noisy ice machine, guests up all night partying and the property is stick built so be prepared for noise all night from creaking and popping floor boards from people above
We didn’t get to sleep until late it was so noisy then woke up at 6am from people getting up and leaving from the room above.
The breakfast was a letdown. Breakfast potatoes under cooked and covered with weird flavors. Eggs were omelette style with nasty cheese inside. We chose Quality In because we’ve always been happy with the rooms and good simple breakfast ideal for the lactose intolerant won’t be staying again

Can’t make this up!
We were moved to a hot tub room, decided to give it a try. Upon entering room, there was a smell. Comforter was littered with burn holes and sheets looked dirty. Broken trim and bathroom fan was not installed. Asked for a different room and when entering our 2nd room, we realized someone was already occupying it and laying in bed. We immediately asked for refund and will not be back. Guy at desk was nice but hotel is disgusting.

There were lots of guys hanging around the parking lot and the lobby. We felt very unsafe. We walked in and checked in but as we were going to get our things out of our car, we decided to go elsewhere. The same group of guys watched/stared, in a creepy way, all the way in and all the way out. While the staff was pleasant to us, they seemed put out in general to be there. The key machine wasn't working correctly and I was given one key to the right room and one to the wrong one!
