Excellent time in Acapulco!

Excellent hotel, superb location on the Costera and private beach to enjoy the sea, sun and breeze! The food was good, excellent buffet breakfast and staff very friendly. Gym was being repaired as well as other areas of the hotel. However, Acapulco just suffered consecutive hurricanes, hence the overall condition of the hotel is excellent! Had an excellent and relaxing 4 days! Good value, highly recommend it!

We stayed 5 nights. I confirmed our reservation multiple times , even up to a day before. When we arrived we were informed they had no rooms available but offered us an entire villa at their sister resort next door. We stayed at the villa for one night but it didn’t have ocean view so the following day they offered us a room in the hotel we originally booked. Beautiful view from hotel , and they cleaned it daily. For the all inclusive deal there is only one buffet that is included and the pool bar that serves snacks such as burgers, hotdogs. The pools were great. The buffet was small but they changed menu every meal so plenty of food options. Service at the buffet was excellent! No one spoke English not like when we traveled to Cabo or Cancun. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is no hot water in shower just luke warm. The villa on the other have had 4 bathrooms with hot showers. We recommend visiting island Roqueta , playa caleta and our favorite was Puerto Marquez good swimming beaches no waves. Also if u walk 5 mins south to the rocks past hotel Emporio less waves and good to swim especially in the morning

En general está bien, es un hotel promedio. No salió agua caliente en la regadera. La reportamos y sí salió despacio, pero al siguiente día otra vez no tuvimos agua caliente. Los chilaquiles de desayuno cuestan $350.- estaban salados, aguados y la pechuga de pollo que me sirvieron estaba CRUDA. Cuidado con la salmonella. El huevo estrellado todo seco y el tocino del club sándwich super duro. Tienen un área de oportunidad muy grande en la cocina.
