Nothing Special

Very large and busy hotel. Run down, untidy and well past it’s best. Our room was ok, looked over the garden. Stayed for 2 nights, they didn’t make up the room, or bring fresh towels on the second day. Indoor pool was under refurbishment, which we were not made aware off. Outdoor pool was dirty, small and full of children during our stay. Didn’t try the spa as it was quite pricey. Wouldn’t stay again.

Good hotel, located uphill, very close to Lillehammer Olympic Park. Good size room with garden and outdoor pool view (room 614). Good beds with clean linens. Good size bathroom. Housekeeping not really focused on our room (5 night-stay, 1 time cleaning - room 614). Very nice and cozy lobby with different set-ups and lounges with (one) fireplace. Nice restaurant but the menu is very limited (January 2025) and expensive. Fabulous breakfast! Friendly reception staff. Free parking. I will book again.

Dålig ventilation och i stort sett genomgående heltäckningsmatta på hela hotellet. Luften var så dålig att vi fick byta rum. Det tredje och sista lediga rummet var okej efter vädring men fick ha fönstret öppet all tid vi var på rummet. Hjälpsam personal och god frukost. Bäddsoffan oskön.

Innsjekk gikk kjempefint og kjapt. Rommet vi fikk tildelt var flott og romslig. Det var en varm dag, så vi bestemte oss for å benytte anledningen til å ta oss et bad i utendørsbassenget. Det var deilig. Middagstid nærmet seg så vi dro til rommet vårt, for å skifte. Middag hadde to valg, buffet eller ala carte. Vi valgte buffé og angret ikke på det. Fantastisk god mat med hyggelig betjening. Alt i alt et veldig behagelig og avslappende overnatting, som kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

Jeg har bodd der sikkert over 30 netter og det er helt greit. Men det er en del utslitte ting som burde bli byttet ut, som durs slanger som lekker kjøleskap som ikke virker. Sluk som er delvis tette i dusjene. Det lukter kloakk i fellesdusjen på spa avdelingen før den har blitt brukt. Det er to av saunaene som ikke virker veldig ofte osv.
