The front desk staff tried to act surprised like they did not know that their building has a severe roach infestation. That's what I get for trying to save $25 amd book outside of my Marriott Bonvoy!

The hot water was out and no one had told me about it. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that only slept for 2 hours. Checked out early because of it. I won't be staying here again.
