I had a nice stay at this hotel. It’s in a great location, right in the middle of downtown and close to shopping centers. The free breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices. A microwave was available when I needed it. Parking was easy with many options through ParkHero. I found a deal for just $51 for three days of parking. Overall, a good hotel with everything I needed nearby.

Come in not expecting the Ritz and you’ll be fine. They have a delightful hot continental breakfast. They’re a block away from Michigan Ave, super location. It’s a good bang for your buck. I’d definitely stay again as it’s a great place to lay your head after a busy day of exploring

7 day stay for work/family trip. Hotel in great location for Lyft, train (red line Chicago) or walking (25 minutes to loop). Hotel staff all friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overnight parking across the street. The free daily breakfast was marginally good, coffee was decent. The "menu" breakfast is probably delicious as the dinner was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfy, the bathroom clean. I appreciated that it was quiet during the day & the WiFi was decent as I worked from the room.

Comfortable and well-priced for the location, right by 900 Shops. Parking is available in the parking garage across the street and you can buy a validated ticket from the hotel. Breakfast was okay, typical eggs, hash browns, sausage links, breads, coffee, juice and was nice to have included with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

In town to help family move— good location; staff is lovely in all interactions; breakfast buffet is actually quite a step above of other hotels; refrig in rooms but no microwave or coffee pot ( they do have an electric water pot for tea and coffee brew bags). It is an old hotel that for the most part is very pretty and quaint. There were some things in the room that could be updated— wall paper and exposed plumbing in bathroom, but otherwise bed was comfy and room was good sized.

This is a historic hotel with a lot of charm in a great location. The staff was super helpful and the free breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The walls are a little thin and the halls are tight, but I enjoyed this place.
