No service at all. No possibility for early check-in without any fees , at 10 you will come and pay the money for the whole stay. Reception is not welcoming , just seems like they are doing their job, question for the reception why you choosing to work at such a position. location is good very close to social Oktobertskaya Street. To the center, reaching is possible with 5 BRY Yandex Taxi. Price/Performance is really high for this hotel. No need to include breakfast at this hotel, breakfast opportunities is close in Oktobertskaya Street. Also supermarket is very close.

Great hotel, seems fairly new. Staff are friendly and spoke English. Room is comfortable and hotel is clean. Location is 15 min walk to the centre, I like to walk so for me it’s fine. Yandex is extremely cheap and only 5 mins. The area is thriving with new bars and restaurants. Love staying here. The ladies in the spa were amazing.Tatiana gave me the best face massage ever.

The reception team is absolutely not use, some of them so arrogant! The hotel is based by railway lines so it’s almost not possible to sleep during the night , asked to change the room however my request was denied!
