Parts of the facility were nice but parts were abandoned/run down. Pool area was nice but pool chairs were hard to come by. Not enough chairs down on the beach. Didn’t realize the resort was as big as it was and the large dining hall buffet breakfast was pretty unappealing.

Our stay at The Pearl Hoi An was a wonderful time. We loved the breakfast buffet, it was always a great start to our day, with plenty of variety to enjoy. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach and a short shuttle ride to Hoi An. The service was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The laundry service was very convenient for our long 19-night stay, and despite staying so long we never got bored. Every day was paradise. Thank you for everything, I would definitely love to come again some day!

It is a luxury resort like feel at a budget friendly price perhaps due to booking through Expedia. Reception and check in was hassle free and was able to get room early. Room was spacious with a great view of the garden, pool, and the beach catching some nice sunrises. Their complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of food items to satisfy anyone's palate. The place is clean and well maintained. Nothing negative worth mentioning. Riding into town is only a free shuttle away or through Grab for a more expedient offer

Fantastic hotel needs a bit of work.the.climate plays havoc on the exterior but the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy great services loved the movie theatre and the staff were beautiful spoke great english much better than my vietnamese so friendly and really enjoyed the conversations especially with ivy on reception viet in the dining room and the.other lasy supervisor.in the dining room her name escapes.me now. Best resort experience we have had. Amazing customer service, super clean, close proximity to Hoi An old town 15mins in taxi. Great food at the restaurant. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our families 6 and we all loved it. Resort pool was amazing and sensational views. External building Paint work is getting dated but otherwise an amazing stay. We will be back!!
