This is such a beautiful hotel. It's clean and fresh and the rooms are well appointed. It's just off the main road but still incredibly peaceful and there are several tube stations very close by. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast was fantastic! So much to chose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Our group booked six rooms on different floors, and from the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we felt like our vacation had truly begun. Their advice made sightseeing around London so much easier and more fun. After long days of adventures, we loved relaxing in the hotel bar with its tasty menu and cozy atmosphere. Hotel state it has parking and it doesn’t. Also hotel doesn’t have an wheel chair or pram access when you enter it just has stairs which lead to the lobby. The room we booked was £400 per night and it wasn’t cleaned properly so we checked out early and left. Definitely a 2/3 star hotel at best.

Really modern hotel with good amenities. Slow check in and staff seem really slow and not very well informed. Busy hotel where no one seems to have time to actually do what needs to be done. No one answers on housekeeping or reception. Amazing gym. Like the modern lifts/room. Just poor customer service but really like the hotel facilities and room.
