Lack of Concern
Tried setting the thermostate but it did not work correctly. Fan came on with no heat coolig the room more. Had to set it 4 to 6 degrees higher than what I would normally to have desired effect. Went to use the shower could not regulate. The regulator did not work there wre only two temps scalding of cold. When brought to the attention of the front desk was told there is nothing he can do about it. Was quite defensive and stated I wshould have called to get maintainence to come and fix it. I told him I had no time as we were leaving and so I informed him but I do not think he even looked into it. Check this hotel off my list.

This experience was horrible from check in to check out. After check in which was 30 mins long there was an additional $200 in fees.the room was small bed was super uncomfortable. There was duct tape on the window cover. Also The light ln the bathroom did not work. I would of rather had stayed in a motel 6

Hotel is in walking distance to wharf and room was clean. I only stayed one night so never used anything extra. Breakfast was average. I personally think the room was expensive for it’s condition and lack of products and services. Had a view of hvac system 😂.

Their Buffet was food & service was outstanding. The Bell Captain's provided on time and excellent assistance to us. Even working alone on the date of our departure he was professional working all areas ( luggage pick, cab service & assisting the cab driver with loading.
