Hotel Casa Cytia in Cartagena's Getsemaní neighborhood boasts a fantastic location and exceptional staff, but has some issues. The outstanding service from staff members like Carlos, Samith, and others is a major plus. However, potential guests should be aware of significant drawbacks: Scam Warning: A man named Alfredo, posing as a tourist agent, frequents the hotel and has been known to scam guests out of significant sums of money. The hotel should address this to protect guests. Communication & Amenities: Pre-arrival email communication is unreliable. The Wi-Fi is slow and intermittent. There is no elevator, which is a concern for those with mobility issues. Basic Inconsistencies: Guests may experience water outages. The breakfast lacks variety. There is no on-site coffee shop or laundry. Parking: The hotel lacks parking, making taxi pick-ups and drop-offs stressful. While the location and staff are definite positives, the serious scam issue and other inconsistencies should be weighed carefully by potential guests.

I have no idea how this property had so many good reviews. My fiancé had a knife pulled on him right around the corner maybe two or three blocks from the property. There was no hot water. You need to be let in and out every time you arrive or depart, you can’t do it yourself. One night we ordered a pizza and the man on night duty told us that we had to eat it downstairs and could not take it to our room, which is illogical since the rooms have refrigerators and I’d brought groceries up to the room previously. You’re not allowed to drink near the pool. There is no reprieve from noise. There are parties going on every single night outside so you can hear and feel the base thumping through the room which would go on until 3 am. Absolutely would not reccomend this place.

A estadia tem localização excelente em Getsemani, da pra fazer tudo a pé, inclusive ir pra cidade amuralhada. Achei o tamanho do quarto ótimo e o café da manhã bom. Embora a noite tenha um pouco de barulho nas ruas do entorno, não chegou a atrapalhar porque pararam cedo.

Da fühlte ich mich sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle sind freundlich. Wäre gerne mehr als vier Tage geblieben aber jeder Urlaub geht mal zu Ende. ich werde dieses Hotel das nächste Mal wieder buchen. Es ist auch sehr gut gelegen, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

Maravilhosa. Atendimento excelente, principalmente do Carlos e Mayra. Ficamos no quarto 8, segundo andar. Apesar da rua ser muito barulhenta, não ouvíamos do quarto. Isolamento acústico bom. Chuveiro com água quente e quarto espaçoso. Cama boa e ar-condicionado perfeito. Bem localizada, com opções de restaurante e mercadinhos. Fazíamos tudo a pé e aproveitávamos para retornar ao hotel no meio da tarde para tomar um banho ou desfrutar da piscina, pois o calor é intenso. Café da manhã com frutas variadas e suco natural, ovos feitos na hora, iogurte e pães. Limpeza muito boa, tudo muito cheiroso.
