We were at this hotel for a week, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, free breakfast was just ok, lots of maintenence issues, one elevator down all week, pool was closed halfway through and didnt reopen, fire alarm in the middle of the night. Stayed at this hotel for a work trip and I cannot recommend it enough. An older gentleman who works the early afternoon to mid evening shift was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and helpful to my coworker and I. The 401 restaurant he recommended was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 would stay again

No one at front desk - she was doing something for another guest. Was rude when she came back. Told me I had to take whatever room was left since I arrived late(9 PM) EVEN THOUGH I REMOTELY CHECKED IN A DAY EARLIER. Also, she implied that my using Couch in room was extremely uncomfortable- soft and saggy. Also, the sliding door between the sleeping area and the bathroom had a huge frosted glass window. When someone went to the bathroom at night, the whole bed was lit up. I was jolted awake. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Stayed Christmas Eve on way home from visiting Family, just minutes off highway but you can't tell! there is also a restaurant right across the street. Have stayed multiple times and has never disappointed.
