I think I will be staying here again the staff are great , towns not far away for them Shopping days and just a litte way from the hotel You have Tesco , and a few little retail parks and if your a long term stayer there are things like a mini wash shop or a full Laundry shop not far away at all m

Staff very welcoming and friendly but the place would benefit from a good clean and tidy up with some much needed general maintenance and TLC then it would be really nice. Floors need a good sweep and hoover in rooms and public areas to clear debris left from previous guests such as toenail clippings. The furniture in the room was grubby and tired and would benefit from a good wipe down, kettle was rusty. Bathroom was again in need of a good clean and general maintenance, no plug-in sink and toilet roll holder barely hanging on. I admittedly made no complaint during my stay as it was a very last minute booking that was under £40 for the night so put it down to experience.

I use this hotel on a regular basis when working in the Gloucester region I would highly recommend this hotel to any business person traveling to the Gloucester area The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. A few days ago I had a problem starting my car, the staff came out to help me start it and ensure I was not late for my meeting. A big thanks for that.

I like the fact that the staff are very friendly and they are always around when you need them , they will help you if you need to get some where and are very much update on things to to in Gloucester . These guys work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy there always on the go . I won’t be using any where else when I vist Gloucester again will definitely come back here .
