It’s a nice hotel with a view of the ocean. It is across the street from the ocean but there are no hotels built on the other side in between you and the ocean. When I was there there was construction across the street beginning at 8 AM. I raised that with the staff and they gave me a discount.

Delightful Experience at the Allred Hotel

Staying at the Allred Hotel was an incredible experience. I have been staying at the Oregon coast for 20 years and this was an exceptional experience. The hotel is very well laid out and is decorated wonderfully. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and the service excellent. We will be staying again. Very clean, staff was over the top, restaurant food was good, but limited breakfast menu, room amenities were great. One negative note, if you stay on the 1st floor ocean front, you have a shared patio with the other rooms on this level, also vehicles that park on the road in front of these rooms can block some views. So when making a reservation, ask for a floor 2 or 3 room, private balcony and no view issues.

Near the beach

We have stayed at this property for years, but it was recently rebranded and upgraded. We love the ocean facing, spacious rooms. And we loved the multiple bed options for our family. The parking lot has become difficult to park in since the new restaurant and bar opened, I think they should consider reserving more hotel-only parking. We also had some inconsiderate neighbors blasting music on their deck which somewhat ruined our experience sitting outside. But overall it’s a very nice hotel.
