Nice, spacious, clean, quiet hotel. I stayed on the second floor by the road and yet there was very little traffic noise. It was clean and tidy, exactly how I expected. The free bar in the evening was good, and the coffee available all day was excellent.

Overall, very good and comfortable stay. The hotel could do a better job with implementing sustainable practices. Like reusable flat wear at the coffee bar and giving out single use plastic water bottles. A better idea would be a refillable water bottle station.

Rooms were small but clean with all the amenities. Great location in Shinjuku (about a 8-10 min walk to Shinjuku station) but close to all the amazing madness. Continental breakfast included and free drinks (alcoholic and non) from 5-9pm. Would definitely recommend for people to stay here!
