"Me gustó que hayan remodelado el hotel, la comida es buena, las habitaciones de buen tamaño, bonita vista, ubicación. El servicio del bar podría ser más rápido. Las instalaciones están muy bonitas. Si lo recomiendo "
"This hotel is phenomenal. From the second we arrived every single staff member was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are incredible. Would definitely go back "
"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English. Overall, we would highly recommend El Santuario to anyone who is looking for a serene spot to relax and reset. Valle de Bravo, Mexico is a gorgeous area and while we didn't leave the resort, we would have absolutely loved to explore the little lake town. "
"Great facilities, the hotel is really beautiful, the arquitectura is really nice, furniture is new and of great taste.
The only opportunity I see is the food, not at the level of the rest of the hotel and they have no vegan options. "
