When it said it was only 16 minutes away from the airport I assumed it would be a short drive, but it was pretty complicated getting there. "Convenient location. One minute walk to Plaza Culture. Comfortable room. Friendly staff, wish I had gotten the males name to give him a kudos to his boss. Bilingual staff. Good breakfast with friendliest staff. Gym only had small amount of equipment but used Smart Fit nearby for $13 USD each day pass. Beautiful common areas that look very nice. Comfy bed and cold air conditioning. "

"Very nice hotel with cool decor in the lobby and entry area. Beautiful rooftop deck with pretty flowers, etc. Breakfast was excellent and the service was very nice. We arrived somewhat late in the evening and there was someone at the street level who was waiting to let us in. But once we were inside and upstairs at the lobby we waited a VERY long time before someone showed up to the front desk to check us in. Probably 15+ minutes. We were tired and it was just a bummer. We got the basic room and it was just fine...a little tight, but clean and served its purpose. I would stay here again."
