"Excellent hotel that is located close to many restaurants, shops, etc. A short walk from the train station. The front-desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, though a little cramped for space."

"The stay was amazing.
The location is superb, literally 3 minutes away from the bus station( that you can get a direct bus from Naples airport). The only negative is it is on the 3rd floor with no lift , so big suitcases would struggle a little, but other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Near to Sorrento city centre, near enough to walk to the port to take ferries to Positano/Amalfi/Capri. "

"They were very friendly and accommodating! We drove there, and the hotel parking was easy, and they let us leave the car there after we checked out for the day to explore the rest of the coast. It was the perfect distance from the center of town, and we loved our stay. The only thing that could have made it better was longer pool hours! Definitely a memorable experience and trip. "

"A bit dated, but big comfortable rooms, a decent enough pool, great breakfast and staff, clean and easy to get to. It is a few blocks from the main centre of town. I would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone, it was fair priced and exactly what we needed. "

"Hotel Plaza was an amazing experience. Literally 200 metres on flat from Piazza Tasso. Sky bar & pool were a fantastic surprise! Rooms were cleaned twice a day - one big clean and one refresh of swim towels. Breakfast was more than substantial; everything from bacon to fresh fruit to salmon to bread. Cannot rate hotel and staff highly enough. "
"Loved Hotel Capri. Very spacious lounge area and nice looking pool. Breakfast was amazing with wonderful selection of food to select. Tip - air conditioning will not turn on if window is open. "
"The most wonderful stay to end a solo backpacking trip around Italy! I absolutely cannot fault this place and already am looking into when I can come back. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and lovely to talk to. The mini home was perfect and even had the most beautiful sunrise view over the sea. The restaurant was incredible and again the staff were wonderful. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller and truly cannot wait to come back!"
"Wow, what a tranquil and peaceful spot in Sorrento! I loved the feel of being in a small community. Also, the transportation to the top was helpful. The views are amazing, too! "
"When we arrived , the front desk upgraded us to an ocean view room. It was magnificent! Everyone was extremely accommodating. The chef stayed an extra half hour to make sure we had a great lunch. "
"Very good hotel! It was located within minutes of piazza Tasso and the train station. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that I was not happy at all was one of the front desk employees. Getting to Sorrento takes you a few hours specially when coming from Milan. When we got there it was around 1:30pm. We know check in it’s not supposed to be until 3pm but in all the hotels I’ve been around the world sometimes the rooms are ready before that time. The front desk lady was rude to us and said to wait outside because the room was not ready yet. If she had said it to us in a different way we would totally understand but she didn’t have manners.
Right after the front desk shift, there was another couple right next to us who had the same situation with this lady, and at 2:15 they went and ask the next shift in lobby and they gave us our rooms.
I had so say this. However, I was very happy with the hotel and the cleanliness. Breakfast service was very good and overall I would definitely stay here next time I come to Sorrento "
"This place is gorgeous! Very classy! High ceilings. All the staff is super friendly and professional. Its close to the main piazza. Very convenient location. There is even a close by gelato store where they sell also beers and water. Would love to come back again in the future. Loved it!!!"
"My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property. While it was only one room and we had a lot of luggage, we were creative with storage space and had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful! View from our hotel room was breathtaking and the property is walkable to the city center. Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was good! Would definitely stay here again."
"Really enjoyed the stay we like to walk so it was conveniently located for us on the top of the hill and an easy walk down to town with lots of options for food. We even stayed in one night and just enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel bar."
"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and offered stunning views (best in town).
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free.
Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
"
"Immaculate and sincere service from all staff, beautiful traditional luxury, well located with elevator to beach, amazing pool area. An italian gem and we are so happy we chose to stay here. "
"Fabulous Italian hotel. Staff were super helpful and really friendly. The only slight complaint would be the breakfast was a bit unimaginative and often cold. Great experience and would go back"
"Staff at Hotel Florida went absolutely above and beyond when involved in an almost-impossible task or finding my daughter's lost purse ... on an island we went to the previous day!"
"Amazing family run little property. Affordable for the area. A short walk into main sorrento around 20 mins via a main road. The pool and breakfast are a great addition to the stay and are just what you need in between exploring sorrento. All staff really helpful and the free parking is a bonus especially with how expensive this can be elsewhere. "
