The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night).

"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area.
The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received.
Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!).
As someone else said 3 months ago with a little more effort things could be much improved, the shower head and whole area needs a through clean, matching bedding and newer softer towels would also help. "

"Lovely hotel, in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Rovinj. We walked into town each evening (20-25 mins) and got a taxi back. The beach is a five minute walk away, but you can walk for ages in either direction and find lovely spots to sunbathe.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. The breakfast each morning was brilliant - lots of variety, freshly cooked pastries, fresh fruit - different each day.
The staff team is excellent. Always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always a friendly smile. Cannot recommend highly enough. "

Be prepared to climb stairs inside and outside but that's the old town area and the staircase inside this complex is modern. "the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment since the directions on my phone were vague. the apartment was very comfortable with a full kitchen. the was a small washing machine. although there was no dryer, there was a closed courtyard where we hung the laundry to dry.
