"Excellent beachfront location with breathtaking sunrises (see photos uploaded). The room had superb noise insulation and stunning sea views. The pool areas were impeccably maintained, with one pool dedicated to adults only. Even the main pool was peaceful, never rowdy. The beach is rocky but the waters are crystal clear, with plenty of ladders for access — one extra wide ladder is particularly helpful for those with mobility issues or young children. The beachfront restaurant was wonderful, with a great atmosphere and views. Breakfast offered a wide choice, again enjoyed with stunning vistas of boats coming and going. The resort is about 20 minutes from Palma centre; taxis were easily arranged through the hotel and fairly priced. Check-out is strictly at noon, but the courtesy room provided for late flights was a huge bonus, allowing us to shower before heading to the airport. Room furniture is functional rather than luxurious, but the location and facilities more than compensate. The hotel has a great vibe, suitable for families, couples, elderly guests, and solo travellers. Strongly recommend booking a high-level sea-view room for the full experience. The team were also very helpful in arranging excursions, even securing a last-minute sunset catamaran cruise — truly excellent service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this resort offers excellent value, amazing views, and a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere. We will definitely return."

"Clean property. Rooms have good space. Breakfast was wonderful although some waitstaff gets anxious and snappy at the busiest time around 9. Pool is small and gets over crowded, ppl literally start reserving chairs at 0730 which is ridiculous. App says gym is open 24/7 but not true. Front desk will tell you it opens at 0700 and both times I went, I had to get them to open (after 0700). Location is perfect and safe. Nice little bars around. "

"The staff are unreal here. The service for drinks and food was exceptional. Tips- the balconies are really low. If you have a fear of heights or don't like being high it's definitely better to get a lower floor. Great hotel and would recommend. "

"Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. The front desk staff were always happy to help. Welcome drinks and chocolate were a nice touch upon arrival. There were plenty of food choices to cater for all and quality was very good. Dinner theme was different each night. The room was clean and bright. Air conditioning worked well. Only gripe was the sofa bed was on the soft side to sleep on and the walls are thin, could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. WiFi connection was straightforward and signal is strong enough around the hotel. The app is very useful, contained all the information about the hotel and provides instant breakdown of what you have spent and the invoice. You also get a message on your phone informing you the room is cleaned. Great location, 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins from the airport by taxi, and buses run every 10 mins into Palma Old Town which takes around 25mins. Fun activities and great entertainment were put on by the wonderful animation team. Tennis and Padel courts next to hotel were easy to book. Overall a great experience and would happily stay here again. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel. We love a rooftop bar and this hotel had the bar, the views and the amazing food and drinks. It was so central and so easy to walk into town or to the marina. When I booked it, I didn’t realise there were 3 pools to choose from so if the rooftop beds are full (which happened mid morning) then you could just choose another pool. "

"My mum and i stayed here for 2 nights. Highly recommend. Room was lovely and clean. Great sea view. No water or coffee making in room which was a shame. Breakfast was great Pool area was fantastic. Even had a pop up masseuse at a great price "

"The hotel is in a strategic place, you can reach all the main attraction by walking and biking. Near the hotel there are the bus stops to go to some of the main beaches. The staff is excellent and always kind and helpful. Great choice!"

"Newly opened apart hotel with 24/7 reception, sitcom and kitchen in the room, lift. There’s a locker room on the ground floor, coffee machine and water dispenser. 20 min walk from the centre or a 10 min bus ride. Definitely recommend. There’s also an old castle 15 min walk from the hotel with amazing views. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient — everything you need is just steps away. There’s a shopping center nearby for anything you might need, and La Palma is absolutely beautiful and easy to access. The area also has plenty of great food options, which made dining a breeze. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation."

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!"
