"Employees need to improve their friendliness. The hotel is located in a noisy environment while it is equiped of inappropriate glass windows, which do not filter external noises. Humidity is see in the rooms."

"Not worth the money spent. Finishing on rooms not up to standard. Ended up staying in 4 rooms over 7 day period, due to: dirty bath, no plug for bath, no warm water/ water drying up completely on two occasions, bed bugs, toilet seat broken, plug broken
Meals were great and staff helpful "

"It is an affordable no expensive and safe place to stay. Rooms are clean and they have hot water, electricity and wifi 24/7. The staff are prompt to respond and very respectful when addressing to guests. Augustin and Jean were very professional and the receptionists were very professional. There is a store called kin market less than half a mile. An ATM and vending machine could be added. My overall experience was positive. It is a go."

"For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. Bad expereince"
"Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. "
"Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items.
I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!"
"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby, looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
