We were greeted every morning at the breakfast center by Edith, who managed the kitchen and kept the breakfast area stocked very well. The floor was probably softer than the board stiff beds. I’m not a huge guy, but I still barely fit in the bathroom enough to close the door. The hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up hot enough for a shower and this was during the hottest week in...

"The first staff member I met in the morning (April) was very friendly and eager to help. The staff member I met upon my return that evening I believe was Amanda or Amber maybe not but although she was busy was apologetic and also friendly and eager to assist. The rooms were clean and accommodating, had everything that I needed. Pool was open until 10pm which is nice as it's usually late when we return to the hotel from our day. There were also cookies in the lobby that evening which saved me from having to buy my kiddo little snacks from the machine. It also sits a little off the beaten path so was easy access and quiet during the night.
I will be adding this business to my list of places to stay in the future. "

my room wasn’t ready the housekeeper still had 4 rooms to clean and they thought i was gonna wait 315 my room still not ready they gave excuse rooms had a lot of checkouts that day and that’s why they were behind inexcusable and not my issue when you tell me 3 pm check in that room needs to be ready by 3 no lame excuses i didn’t feel it was as clean as it should be ! dog was barking off and on people were noisy walking the floor ! and way too far from rehobeth beach i tried to cancel and your attendant told me i could not i explained its an hour from where i would be she didn’t care ! so i drove an hour 4 times back and forth to get to hotel to go to ocean city and rehobeth and i am highly annoyed they wouldn’t let me out of it when expedia charged me 12.00 to give me option to cancel and i made the appt that day sat the 2nd ! will never come back there again so annoyed "
"We had a lovely short visit staying in the Pineapple room. The pictures on Expedia don't do the place justice. The house is much more beautiful in person. The owners are welcoming and gracious. Once you walk through the front door, it's like being transported to the past. It's quiet and comfortable with rooms steeped history. A great place to relax over tea while reading a book. Our bed was comfortable as well. There was a working electric fireplace with nice amenities like soft robes and slippers. We'll return again. "
