"We arrived on Sunday to the hotel. We had a hiccup as soon as we arrived as our card was charged twice as we checked in. Almost $900 twice. As of now after checking out on Wednesday the charges are still pending. The agent did comp our drink cups and early check in fee. The thermostat on our wall was also torn off and couldn't be replaced. We had to try to operate it from the actual unit which didn't work well. The staff was nice, the food was good. "It was a great stay. The pool area was exceptional. We could see it from our balcony. It looked like a great place to hang out with friends or with children. Our view was great. We could see the gulf even though the hotel does not have beach access. We could walk to restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops and the beach. Great place. "

Either take your own or better yet the resort invest in own and charge a bit more for the stay. Its sticker shock to pay 25$/person/day for beach chair plus umbrella. Gorgeous landscaping. Close to restaurants, other activities, beaches. Loved my stay!"
"The Holiday in was a life saver. We had checked into a different property which was not as advertised and the rooms were intolerable. We moved to the Holiday Inn Resort and it was such a refreshing and welcome relief. Should have stayed here to begin with!"

The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water.
