"One of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had as a family. Stayed for 9 days with adult children and made Dubrovnik Palace Hotel the base of our operations, easily accessing the Old Town and the port and going on multiple trips. Hotel is just excellent with great breakfast, outstanding and very welcoming staff, beautiful views from every room, inviting lobby. Our favorite though was the beach; even though it is a rocky beach typical for Croatia it felt like just an amazing place to relax and unwind. As soon as we left Dubrovnik all of us wanted to come back. "

"I was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night. I can't believe that I was able to save money and be in the heart of everything! It is literally a few steps from the main walkway in old town. Checking in is easy as there was someone there to greet us and give us our key. Ensure you have the city fee in cash or you will have to go to an ATM nearby and pay ATM fees. I checked out the next morning and was able to leave my bags while I went to explore more. I loved the old charm in my room, especially the large golden and crystal chandelier! "

"I had a lovely stay during my honeymoon visit to Dubrovnik! Each member of staff was so helpful and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We even had a bottle of prosecco and chocolates waiting in the room on our first night! When we arrived at 9:30 am, Ivana was kind enough to get us into a room right away. Venesa was very helpful when I needed to get laundry done. Anna Maria was so nice when we needed to park our one-day rental car and helped us contact the rental company. And the restaurant staff provided excellent service and wonderful food! Housekeeping was great and we enjoyed a fresh room every evening after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is near several grocery stores, as well as many bars and restaurants. There’s buses and taxis close by as well. I liked our location in Lapad because we were in a cool neighborhood within a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. We had a lovely time at this hotel. If I had questions or concerns, I felt sure that the staff cared and genuinely wanted to help. That made the trip special and this is why I’d stay at this hotel again in the future."

"The hotel is in a prime location, directly opposite the Marina Frappa. The street is quiet, a few cars drive by, but it is very pedestrian friendly. There are a wide range of restaurants in the street to choose from, including the hotel itself which has an excellent buffet (morning and night). Restaurants outside range from fine dining, to gastro pub, to a top quality pizza restaurant. There is something for everyone. There are bus stops for buses to the old town around 10 to 15 minutes walk away, at the end of the road, and a pleasant stroll to Lapad Station behind the hotel. I stayed in a single room, 601, and it was modern, clean, and air conditioned. The bathroom is also modern, with overhead rain effect shower head, etc. There is also poolside entertainment at night, and plenty of options outside. Beach Bar Ponat is a pleasant 20 to 25 stroll along the waterside path, and the promenade is just next to Lapad Station bus stop, behind the hotel. All staff (front desk, dining room, bar, and room servicing) were extremely helpful, and friendly, perfect English is spoken. it is an excellent hotel, whether you want to sunbathe poolside, walk around the Lapad peninsula, or visit the Old Town (about 20 minutes bus ride away). "

"Our host was very helpful with everything! Great location! We spent four days in the old city and were Thankful that everything was so close by. Also thankful we had a place to rest in the middle of the day when it gets so hot. It’s close to swimming as well. Which we thoroughly enjoyed! We wouldl come back here in a heartbeat if we’re ever in old Dubrovnik again!"
