"Basically no reception, no one at hotel at all, and a message was meant to be sent to me with my room number, or code to get the key, which was not sent. So it took me like 3 hours to finally work out how to call them, as there were multiple numbers on a small bit of paper to call.
I almost gave up.
Clean small room and comfortable, and good location, you can get to Strasborg centre on D5 tram easily, nice walks and river close by.
They just need to improve how to access your room.... "

"Terrific place to stay... Conveniently near a tram/bus station so easy to get around... But also only a 15min walk to get into old town.
Everything is there for your needs and the staff were lovely!"

We found the history of Strasburg very interesting. The political and religious changes during the past must have made living there challenging..The historical buildings were architectural marvels with many carvings and statues. Absolutely stunning!

This is my favorite European city so far bc of the Cathedral Notre-Dame and the museum. Great food and shopping! It is also the best Christmas Festival in Europe. I could live here!

Old town and Petit France are where most of the city attractions are first time visitors, especially during Christmas season.

"Amazing location, parking tricky but after 5 attempts we cracked it! Don't just watch the video once!!! Quirky urban hotel with spacious room and very friendly reception crew. Great dinner recommendation and handy bar. So well located right next to Petite France and Strasbourg was so pretty. Tea and coffee in room as well. Room was clean and slight need of TLC lost in urban chic decor! Stairs up to room bit grubby but room and bathroom lovely and clean. Really good place to stay!! "
"Fantastic hotel. Service was phenomenal. Every member of staff was welcoming and helpful. Guest relations helped with a last minute booking. Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was amazing. Hard to top the experience our family had there. "
"am writing to share some thoughts on our recent stay at your lovely hotel. First and foremost, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient for getting around. It certainly made our travel experience much smoother.
Additionally, the breakfast you offer is delightful, with a great variety to choose from, and we particularly appreciated the provision of filtered water. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and this was certainly one of them.
However, there is one suggestion I would like to make to further enhance the guest experience. It would be incredibly convenient to have a small fridge in the room. This would allow guests to store condiments and other perishables that they might have bought previously.
Thank you for considering this feedback. We look forward to staying with you again in the future."
"We absolutely adored this hotel. Our suite room was huge with plenty of windows overlooking the train station square. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The building had old-world European charm with modern amenities. Our bathroom was huge and clean. Our only negative observation is that the mattresses on the beds were too firm."
"Really friendly and Helpful Reception Staff. Secure Bike Storage and great pool area. A little out of Strasbourg but regular cheap tram service gets you into the centre in 10 minutes "
"Exceptional service. The hotel is lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Quiet AC. Bed was firm with one soft pillow and one hard pillow per guest. Towels were fluffy. Vanity items were in large bottles and nice. My 24 year old and I loved our stay. "
"Wonderful space and service with convenient discounted parking in a great location. I thought it was wonderful as well as my wife! Thank you for a memorable stay."
"L’hôtel est impeccable, les chambres sont très belles et élégantes. Le service est irréprochable et toute l’équipe est super aimable. Ils sont des pros. Un séjour bien mémorable. "
"Hotel de L’Europe was the perfect hotel for my daughter and I while backpacking Europe. It was an economical choice with a good sized room and an exceptional bathroom with a tub.
There was a lot of character in the old town building, with modern conveniences inside.
The water filling station with carbonated water, and the free espresso bar, was a nice touch.
Good breakfasts"
"This was a friendly place to stay, with a warm welcome. English is spoken. It is close to the railway station.
It was comfortable, (but not luxurious) and the room was serviced each day. It was clean. The breakfast is good. "
"Very convenient when traveling by train. 2 min away from the central station, yet the area is green and appears to be safe. Very convenient, walking distance to the city center. Small, yet very well appointed, modern room with a large bathroom. Excellent mattress.
"
"Great budget hotel fairly close to main city centre. Quiet area, great receptionist, very pleasant. Room and hotel recently refurbished. Great base for an overnight stay in a beautiful city"
