"I have no real complaints about the quality of the stay. Everything was mostly as advertised. Rooms were clean, continental breakfast was actually pretty good, staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind paying for parking and using public transit, this is a great hotel to stay at. And it's in a very convenient location. Overall, no complaints."

"Stay was fantastic and went from a complex node in our Philly plans to a family fun staple and highlight of our visit. The Logan was a combo of upscale flair mixed in equal amounts of a great location + refuge from the chaos of one’s day. Staff made the difference throughout. We were provided essentials and 3 separate front desk managers and staff helped us uniquely and as a team throughout our stay, communicating with hotel staff and always finding the best unwritten way to help our family. Our experience for this hotel in August 2025 is everything most want in a facility—a cutting edge facility with great amenities paired with an always-there, yet never imposing pro staff. Also the breakfast bundles with onsite steakhouse make this a cut above the competition. Will be back and writing this review out of appreciation for staff including Front Desk Destiny and all those who came through during our stay in such a positive way. Great experience and wishing other hotels were all up to this speed nowadays:)"
