"Great staff, the room was excellent. Only down side is noise levels in the early morning, but it’s to be expected with its location. The convenience to soo many restaurants and museums are worth it. "
"Staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The hotel was a great location for walking around, getting Uber and the free tour provided helped us know the surrounding areas and was a great way to experience the city.
Only issue was the noise. Not much barrier between rooms, so could hear babies crying or drunk hotel guests running up and down the hallways. "
"The room was beautiful and attached to hotel(best amenity) . We could easily walk to airport and get food, water, Starbucks! Definitely clean and had needed toiletries in room."
"Super clean rooms, super quiet, great staff, amazing hotel deco, beautiful hotel image, staff from the continental restaurant are super nice and polite. I stayed in 3 different hotels during my trip to Mexico and this is the only one that I will return every time I go to Mexico. I loved it!"
