"There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management"

"The receptionist, Lucy, overcharged us for the stay. Make sure you check your receipts before payments. Rooms are badly neglected, especially plumbing, with smelly toilets and blocked bathrooms. The garden and some staff were nice. If you are coming for a holiday I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the price compared to the quality. "

"We were suppose to have a double bed, but we got a room with just singles. We didn’t make a big deal about it though, or they may have changed it for us. One bad thing was our room was right over the parking lot and it seemed very noisy with people in the middle of the night. Perhaps a different area wouldn’t have had the noise."
