"Hyatt is a very large hotel. It’s right in the hun of downtown Vancouver so it’s not quiet at night with ambulance and police car sirens going fairly often. It’s walkable to most touring options and to shopping and restaurants. Epic tours - transportation to Whistler- picks up at the hotel so this was a very convenient hotel for our family's needs. "

"I rarely write reviews, but my recent stay at Days Inn in Vancouver absolutely deserves praise. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed and little touches that made a big difference. They even called the room about 30 mins after we checked in too see how everything was. The location was ideal close to a food court and walking distance to our port for our cruise What really stood out, though, was the service. I realized after checking out that I had left my phone charger in the room. I called the front desk, expecting the usual “we’ll check and get back to you.” Instead, not only did they locate it within minutes, but one of the staff members personally called back to let me know that they found it. I missed the call so they were planning on shipping it back to my house. Luckily we were returning to the same port so they are holding it until we return. That level of care and follow through is incredibly rare these days. Hospitality like this turns a nice trip into an unforgettable one. I can’t recommend this Days Inn enough and will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. Thank you to the entire team you truly went above and beyond!

"Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The building is in a safe, quiet, and very walkable neighbourhood with lots of dining options nearby. The suite was spotless and having a full-size kitchen was a huge plus. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.
The outdoor pool and hot tub were fantastic, though I didn’t check out the gym or steam room. I also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower – a nice touch.
A couple of small misses: no complimentary water (still or sparkling), and no coffee creamer provided (powder or half & half would have been nice).
Overall, an excellent choice for an extended stay or anyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location."
"Extremely nice hotel perfectly situated downtown with walkability to restaurants, the harbor, museums and shops at close to 100%. I had a corner room on the 5th floor (504) that was huge, with windows on two sides. Great shower and bed was very comfortable. Just lovely. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. The morning breakfast is very generous and delicious and the service impeccable. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I have travelled all over the world."
